Open Access Statement

Panggulawentah: Journal of Education and Social Humanities (PJESH) is an open access journal that provides immediate and unrestricted access to all published content. PJESH believes that free access to scholarly research enhances the global exchange of knowledge, supports academic collaboration, and contributes to the advancement of education and social-humanistic studies worldwide.

All articles published in PJESH are freely accessible to users without any subscription or access fees. Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full text of articles, as well as use the content for lawful academic purposes, without prior permission from the publisher or the authors, provided that proper attribution is given.

This open access policy is implemented in accordance with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), which emphasizes the removal of financial, legal, and technical barriers to scholarly literature. PJESH supports the idea that peer-reviewed research should be openly available to scholars, educators, students, and the broader public to accelerate research progress, enrich education, and promote inclusive knowledge sharing across societies.

While access to published content is free for readers, PJESH recognizes that publishing involves operational costs. Therefore, the journal adopts a sustainable publishing model that maintains open access while ensuring the quality, integrity, and long-term availability of scholarly works. Copyright remains with the authors, granting them recognition and control over the integrity of their work, while allowing broad dissemination through open access.

By adopting an open access policy, PJESH reaffirms its commitment to ethical publishing, academic transparency, and the democratization of knowledge in education and social-humaniora research.
